On a grim Wednesday in December of 2015, the quiet of Burchell Road in Manchester, Kentucky, was shattered by a tragic discovery. Leon Jackson, a 64-year-old male, and his wife, Shirley Jackson, 65, were found deceased outside their home, both victims of apparent gunshot wounds. The couple's pastor, concerned after not hearing from them for some time, made the initial horrific finding on December 9th when he saw Leon lying in the yard and immediately sought help.
