The investigation further revealed that another man, 35-year-old Thomas Daniel Miracle of Surgoinsville, Tennessee, was accused of soliciting Henson to carry out the killing.

Henson's older brother, 35-year-old Gilbert Henson, was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence connected to the murder. A shocking twist in the case came with the arrest of Trevor's former girlfriend, Ashley Lawson. She was charged with complicity to commit murder, adding another layer of betrayal to the tragedy.
