In a grim discovery that unfolded over a weekend in June 2016, the body of 25-year-old Brandy N. Davidson of Stanton, a female, was found in a wooded area in Wolfe County, Kentucky. Her death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of 33-year-old Devin J. Payton of Georgetown. The investigation into their deaths quickly led law enforcement to identify multiple suspects.
