Carolyn Ann Tomlinson, a 28-year-old mother of three, was found dead on April 6, 2016, in an Elsmere, Kentucky, home. She had been fatally shot in what police investigated as a double homicide. At the time of her death, Tomlinson was working as a bookkeeper and Certified Nursing Assistant at Villaspring Health Care in Erlanger.
