In the winter of 2016, the life of 27-year-old Fernandez K. Bowman was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. On December 2nd, the African-American man was discovered inside a vehicle in the Algonquin neighborhood, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
