Jason Lewis, a 34-year-old resident of Burnside, Kentucky, passed away suddenly on March 19, 2017, at Lake Cumberland Hospital in Somerset. Born on December 16, 1982, in New Castle, Indiana, Jason was employed as an Inventory Inspector for RGIS Technical Support. He was known for his love of music, fishing, and the outdoors. Jason is survived by his children, Quinton Ozzy Ray Lewis, Hazel Mae Brooke Lewis, and Ava Willow, as well as his siblings.
