Devontae Oshawn Edward, a 19-year-old from Lexington, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2017. On that fateful evening, around 10:15 p.m., officers responded to a call of shots fired on Honey Jay Court. Upon arrival, they discovered Devontae in the backyard of a residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to a hospital, he was pronounced deceased shortly after.
