In the summer of 2017, a simple walk to the store turned into a fatal encounter for 46-year-old Michael Revere Dow in Louisville, Kentucky. On the evening of June 11th, Dow was walking near his mother's home in the Fern Creek neighborhood when a vehicle approached. Inside were Scott Seaman and two siblings, a man and a woman who were friends with Dow. The purpose of their meeting was for Dow to provide them with marijuana.
