In the early morning hours of June 18, 2017, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Covington, Kentucky. Zachary Pouncy, a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot at a residence on West 26th Street. The incident occurred at approximately 2 a.m., prompting a response from the Covington Police Department. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Pouncy suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Covington, where he was pronounced dead.
