In the summer heat of July, a dispute in a parking lot on Danielle Lane in Lexington, Kentucky, turned fatal for 19-year-old Darrius Twyman. The young man was shot in the head on July 10th, his life tragically cut short in an encounter that would later be scrutinized by law enforcement.
