On a summer evening in Bloomfield, Kentucky, the life of 42-year-old Charles A. Rogers, a White/Caucasian male, came to a violent end. On August 5, 2017, deputies from the Nelson County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a residence on Highview Church Road following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Charles Rogers deceased, having sustained apparent gunshot wounds.
