In the cool of a late February evening in Lexington, Kentucky, a life was tragically cut short. On Saturday, February 24, 2018, Bradley Owsley, a 31-year-old male, was found on the city's East Side with a gunshot wound. The discovery prompted an emergency response, but despite efforts to save him, Owsley succumbed to his injuries.

His death was quickly ruled a homicide by the Fayette County Coroner's office, launching an investigation by the Lexington Police Department. The initial report ...
