In the quiet community of Hinkle, Kentucky, a grim discovery was made on the morning of April 20, 2018. The body of 32-year-old Michael Sowders, a male resident of nearby Barbourville, was found discarded at a dumpsite. The discovery was made by a group of inmates from the Bell County Forestry Service who were assigned to clean up the area.
