In a quiet lane in Pikeville, Kentucky, the life of Amari Hall, a young man, was brought to a violent and tragic end. In July of 2018, inside a residence on Sunny Lane, Hall was fatally shot. The incident, which authorities believe was connected to drug-related activities, also left two other individuals wounded. The investigation into the
death of Amari Hall led authorities to three suspects. A grand jury in Pike County returned indictments against 22-year-old Antwan Wilson, a resident of Michigan, along with Coley Maxwell, also 22, from Detroit, and a third individual who was unidentified at the time and listed as 'John Doe.' The charges brought against the trio were severe, including murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and first-degree robbery, painting a grim picture of the events that transpired.
Following the indictments, the wheels of justice began to turn. Antwan Wilson was taken into custody in Michigan and was slated for extradition back to Pike County to face the charges against him.
