Terry R. Spurling, a 31-year-old resident of Louisville, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2018. The incident occurred at the Manslick Food Mart, where Spurling was fatally shot. According to reports, the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) responded to a call around 3:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Spurling with a gunshot wound.
