Stanley Alfonce Hall Jr., a 22-year-old Black/African American male known affectionately as 'Stinka,' was fatally shot in the early morning hours of July 26, 2018. Following the shooting, he was rushed to the University of Louisville Hospital, where he fought for his life for four days before succumbing to his injuries on July 30, 2018.
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on July 16, 1996, Stanley was
remembered by his family for his vibrant personality and the happiness he brought to those around him. His death was a profound loss for his parents, stepfather, siblings, and a wide circle of family and friends who cherished him. The community mourned with his loved ones, gathering for his funeral services at Gamble Funeral Home to pay their final respects and celebrate a life ended too soon.
Despite the passage of time and ongoing investigations into his murder, no arrests have been made in connection with Stanley Alfonce Hall Jr.'s death. The absence of any named suspects has left his family with unanswered questions and a sense of unresolved justice.
