Jay Michael Sowders, a 43-year-old male, was a resident of Owensboro, Kentucky, at the time of his death on Thursday, January 17, 2019. He was born in Daviess County on October 10, 1975. His life was cut short in a violent shooting that claimed two other lives and left another individual gravely injured.
