In the spring of 2024, the life of Eugene A. McClure, a 41-year-old male, was abruptly cut short in Owensboro, Kentucky. On the evening of Tuesday, April 9th, officers from the Owensboro Police Department were dispatched to the 1700 block of East 20th Street around 10:18 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
