In the spring of 2019, a man who was actively working to reshape his life had it tragically cut short in downtown Louisville. Thirty-four-year-old Oscar Guerrero, a male of undisclosed ethnicity, was discovered deceased on the morning of April 8th in the stairwell of an apartment building situated on South Fifth Street, near Muhammad Ali Boulevard.
