In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Lexington, Kentucky, the life of Carroll Martin, a 51-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On September 15, 2019, Martin was discovered in the 700 block of Florence Avenue suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services responded to the scene, and he was rushed to a local hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
