On a summer day in June of 2020, the community of Salyersville, Kentucky, was shaken by the discovery of a local man's untimely death. Jerold Arnett, a 78-year-old male resident, was found lying in a driveway on Roanne Road. The initial investigation by the Kentucky State Police revealed that Arnett had been shot.
