On a tragic evening in Louisville, Kentucky, a promising young life was cut short. Twenty-two-year-old Ken Russell, a Black male, was at a party at the University Park Apartments on Arthur Ford Court on December 18, 2020. The festive atmosphere was shattered when a group of individuals, with robbery as their motive, burst into the residence.
