In the winter of 2020, the life of a 32-year-old male, Jeremy Donte “Ta-Ta” Caldwell, was abruptly ended. On the afternoon of December 20th, in the East Bernstadt area of Laurel County, Kentucky, Caldwell was fatally shot while inside his vehicle. The incident occurred off Highway 490, about five miles north of London. After the shooting, the individuals responsible fled the scene, sparking an immediate and intensive investigation by the Laurel County Sheriff's Office.
