In the early morning hours of Friday, April 9, 2021, a burst of violence shattered the pre-dawn quiet of a Lexington, Kentucky street, leaving one man dead and another wounded. The incident unfolded at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Winchester Road, a scene that would soon be cordoned off by police investigators. Cyrus Davis, a 35-year-old man, was caught in the gunfire and sustained fatal injuries.
