In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Lexington, Kentucky, the life of 30-year-old Raymar Alvester Webb was tragically cut short. On June 19, 2021, at approximately 1:40 a.m., police responded to a call of shots fired in a parking lot situated at the corner of West Short Street and North Mill Street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Webb with gunshot wounds. He was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
