Urban "Irvin" Pereira, a 65-year-old resident of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away on June 20, 2021. Pereira, originally from Trinidad and Tobago, was a well-known chef and restaurant owner who had made significant contributions to the culinary community. He owned Blazer's Restaurant and Bakery in Ashland, where he was celebrated for his culinary skills and community involvement.
