Demone Lee Cook Jr., a 19-year-old from Louisville, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2021. The incident occurred in the Portland neighborhood of Louisville, where Cook was involved in a double shooting. According to reports, the shooting took place in the 3400 block of Northwestern Parkway, near 35th Street, just blocks from Portland Wharf Park. Cook was pronounced dead at the scene, while a female victim was critically injured and transported to a hospital.
