In the winter of 2021, the life of 27-year-old Jhovany Maldonado, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. On the evening of Tuesday, December 21st, Maldonado was shot multiple times in the 8100 block of Preston Highway, near the Outer Loop.
