In the late hours of a Saturday night in Lexington, Kentucky, the life of 31-year-old Brandon Starr was tragically cut short. On February 19, 2022, police responded to a call about a person down in a residential area on Liberty Road. Upon their arrival at around 10:30 p.m., they discovered Starr suffering from a gunshot wound. The Fayette County Coroner pronounced him dead at the scene, marking the city's fifth homicide of the year.
