Kahlil Laghi, an 18-year-old from Louisville, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on May 14, 2022. The incident occurred in the Hikes Point area, specifically at the intersection of Breckenridge Lane and Hikes Lane. Kahlil and his friend, Mahamed Abdi, were driving northbound when they were shot by someone in another vehicle. The shooting happened in the afternoon, and both men were severely injured.
