In the quiet neighborhood of Charles Avenue in Lexington, Kentucky, a grim discovery was made on the evening of June 19, 2022. Randy Wise, a 54-year-old White / Caucasian male, was found unresponsive inside a vehicle. The initial call brought officers from the Lexington Police Department to the scene at approximately 10:44 p.m., where they would soon uncover the tragic truth of the situation.
