In the early morning hours of August 5, 2022, the life of James Allen Palmaiter, a 44-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Lexington, Kentucky. The incident unfolded at an apartment complex on Augusta Drive, near Eastland Parkway, where Lexington police were dispatched around 2 a.m. following reports of a shooting.
