Victor Damian, aged 15, was fatally shot on March 18, 2013, in the South Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago. Known as "King Smokes," Victor was shot three times in the back of the head at point-blank range while he was on the sidewalk. The gunman approached him from behind, grabbed his neck, and fired the shots, leaving him fatally wounded.
