Gregory A. Lewis, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 30, 2020, in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Gregory was riding in a vehicle at approximately 2:54 a.m. in the 500 block of East 115th Street when he was shot from a passing car. He sustained gunshot wounds to his neck and chest and was driven to Roseland Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy confirmed that Gregory died from his gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with Gregory's murder. The Chicago Police Department's Area Two detectives are actively investigating the case, but no suspects have been identified or taken into custody.
