In the early morning hours of December 10, 2022, the life of 19-year-old Elaina Quinn Mammen was tragically cut short in Lexington, Kentucky. Just before 6 a.m., Lexington Police were dispatched to the 3400 block of Colonnade Drive after reports of gunfire.
