In the summer of 2014, a young woman's life was tragically cut short in Lexington, Kentucky. Eighteen-year-old Kieara Nicole Green, a recent high school graduate with dreams of independence, was fatally wounded in a shooting that also injured three other women. The incident occurred on the night of June 30, 2014, at a residence on Scottsdale Circle.
