In the early hours of March 28, 2009, in the small city of Big Lake, Minnesota, a violent encounter irrevocably altered the lives of a family. Savang Sath, a 27-year-old Asian man, was shot and killed in a tragic incident that concluded with the suicide of the sole suspect.
