Vaughan A. Allison, age 20, was killed in a double shooting on May 30, 2013, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident took place on the 7000 block of South Normal Avenue, where Vaughan and a 16-year-old boy were sitting on a porch when they were both struck by gunfire.
