Jonathan Pulido, a 21-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 4, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. Pulido was pronounced dead at 6:19 p.m. at Mount Sinai Hospital following a shooting incident that occurred on the 5300 block of South Sacramento Avenue in the Gage Park neighborhood. The incident took place on a Sunday, and Pulido succumbed to his injuries two days later.
