Death by Force

On a tragic summer evening in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the life of 27-year-old Jessica Williams, a Black/African American mother of three, was cut short. On July 19, 2019, concern grew when Williams failed to pick up her infant from daycare, prompting an emergency contact to go to her home on Charles Avenue. Upon arrival, the contact was met by Williams' two older children who were unaware of their mother's whereabouts. A grim discovery of blood in the kitchen led to a call to the police.
