Latifa Tasha Brown, a 31-year-old resident of Saint Paul, Minnesota, was tragically shot and killed on January 22, 2022. The incident occurred in the duplex she shared with her boyfriend, Mark Bell Jr., aged 35. Mark Bell Jr. was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. He pled guilty to the charges and was subsequently sentenced to 20 years in prison.
