Latifa Tasha Brown, a 31-year-old resident of Saint Paul, Minnesota, was tragically shot and killed on January 22, 2022. The incident occurred in the duplex she shared with her boyfriend, Mark Bell Jr., aged 35. The events leading up to her death began with an argument at a bar, after which Latifa left and returned home.
