Teresa Ann Bear Ribs, aged 61, tragically passed away on August 19, 2020, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Teresa was in her backyard talking on the phone with her husband when he heard her ask someone, 'What are you doing? Why are you here?' The call abruptly ended, and her husband, concerned, contacted their daughter to check on Teresa.
