On a spring afternoon in Saint Paul, Minnesota, a burst of violence shattered the day, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Micheal Valentino Parrish, a 20-year-old Black male from Minneapolis, was fatally shot on April 18, 2020. The incident unfolded around noon on the 1400 block of Minnehaha Avenue East, a normally busy area that became the scene of a homicide investigation.
