Allen D. Whitehead-Childs, a 26-year-old resident of Bloomington, Minnesota, was tragically shot on July 14, 2020, in south Minneapolis. The incident occurred at an apartment building located in the 2500 block of S. 10th Avenue. Following the shooting, Whitehead-Childs managed to make his way to Abbott Northwestern Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries at approximately 11:40 p.m. that night.
