On November 5, 2020, at approximately 10:22 PM, police discovered 23-year-old Donte Combs suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 400 block of Thomas Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota. Combs was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Witnesses reported that Combs was attempting to sell narcotics to Justyn Hosley and a juvenile male during the incident. During the transaction, the juvenile male allegedly shot Combs and fled the scene with the narcotics.
