In the quiet hours of a Minneapolis neighborhood, the life of Arnanza Loteza Cork, a 41-year-old Black man, was brought to a tragic and violent end. On Sunday, September 12, 2021, a concerning discovery was made in an alley in the Seward neighborhood. Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of 24th Avenue South shortly after noon, following a report of an individual slumped over inside a vehicle.
Upon their arrival, officers found a man, later identified as Arnanza Loteza Cork, who was
