Faisal A. Abukar, aged 33, from Saint Paul, MN, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2021. The incident occurred at a Marathon gas station located near the Twin Cities Premium Outlets in Eagan, Minnesota. According to reports, Abukar was shot in the head during an altercation that took place around 7 p.m. on December 18. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
