Donald Lewis, age 25, was killed in a double shooting on July 21, 2013, in Chicago, Illinois. He was dropped off at Northwestern Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The shooting took place on the 2600 block of West 12th Place, as confirmed by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office. Another individual, a 23-year-old man, was also shot during the same incident but survived, having been treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.
