On a Sunday morning in Dodge City, Kansas, the life of 55-year-old Jesus Ochoa-Morales, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in a violent series of events. On August 9, 2015, at approximately 10:25 AM, police were called to the parking lot of a Waters True Value hardware store on West Frontview Street. There they discovered Ochoa-Morales suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to the Western Plains Medical Complex, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries and died.
