On the morning of February 10, 2016, a day that began like any other in Wichita, Kansas, would end in tragedy for 26-year-old Bishop Martine Robles. He was with his girlfriend and her son, visiting a friend in the 1200 block of North Fairview. As they stood outside around 11:45 a.m., a small, blue crossover-style SUV was seen driving north on Fairview. The vehicle circled the block, passing by the house three times. On its final pass, the SUV stopped.
